How are your vintage Dehn Al Oudh and attar oils extracted?
Our pure Dehn Al Oudh is obtained through traditional hydro-distillation in copper alembics using matured wild Aquilaria agarwood trees. No synthetic chemical fixatives, mineral carriers, or artificial stabilizers are used, resulting in an unadulterated, multidimensional fragrance profile that matures with age.
What is the difference in longevity between spray EDPs and attar oils?
Concentrated perfume oils (attars) adhere directly to the lipid layers of the skin, offering an intimate scent aura with longevity exceeding 18 to 24 hours. Our spray extraits provide wider atmospheric diffusion and projection, typically holding for 10 to 14 hours on garments and skin.
Are your perfumes 100% alcohol-free and suitable for prayer (Halal / Wudu-friendly)?
All pure attars, Dehn Al Oudh flacons, and products labelled 'Alcohol Free Perfumes' contain 0% alcohol and are 100% Halal and wudu-friendly. For spray bottles we formulate strictly with non-toxic, cosmetic-grade botanical solvents certified permissible for daily prayer rituals.
