Eligibility Requirements:
- Condition: Products must be unopened, untested, and unused. The packaging (including cellophane) must be in its original, complete condition.
- Exclusions: Tester fragrances, Attar/oil perfumes or items not factory-wrapped in cellophane are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Defects: Exchanges are permitted if the product has a factory defect (e.g., faulty atomizer or leakage without container damage) or if we shipped the wrong item.
- Preferences: Exchanges based on personal scent preference are not accepted.
Process & Refunds:
Please email sales@oudhshop.co.uk with evidence of the product’s condition to request a return. If you request an exchange, please allow time for the shipping company to process the return before the new item is dispatched.
Refunds: For approved cancellations, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days after the returned product is verified to be in pristine condition.

Oud is tricky to buy. Some are fantastic but others soapy and/or dusty – and the price is no guarantee. But I like this one it has a very nice opening the notes are nice, almost smell like Oud Sultan by Ard Al Zafraan, but this is longer lasting. Thanks for the quick delivery.
