- Condition: Products must be unopened, untested, and unused. The packaging (including cellophane) must be in its original, complete condition.
- Exclusions: Tester fragrances, Attar/oil perfumes or items not factory-wrapped in cellophane are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Defects: Exchanges are permitted if the product has a factory defect (e.g., faulty atomizer or leakage without container damage) or if we shipped the wrong item.
- Preferences: Exchanges based on personal scent preference are not accepted.
Process & Refunds:
Please email sales@oudhshop.co.uk with evidence of the product’s condition to request a return. If you request an exchange, please allow time for the shipping company to process the return before the new item is dispatched.
