How to Use

Light and add incense: Use suitable tongs to light and handle the charcoal according to its instructions. Once ready, add a small amount of your chosen incense.
Close with care: Close and fasten the lid only as directed by the manufacturer, keeping ventilation openings clear. Avoid touching heated surfaces and fittings.
Cool down: Allow the charcoal to extinguish and the burner to cool completely before removing ash and cleaning.

Care & Safety

Never leave burning incense or charcoal unattended. Keep away from children and pets. The burner, lid, clasp and internal bowl can become hot; do not move or open while hot.

Never burn charcoal in an enclosed or poorly ventilated space.
The clasp fastens the lid; it does not make the burner safe to leave unattended.
A closed lid does not eliminate fire or burn risks.
Stop use if the wood scorches or the burner is damaged.
Once fully cold, remove ash and wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not immerse in water.
